This forest bath that I propose to you is inspired by the Japanese practice "Shinrin Yoku". It is open to adults of all backgrounds. This forest bath will be done at the rhythm of the sunset and the rising of the full moon. The emphasis will be on listening to your body and slowing down the mind.
GUIDE : certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy
COST: Financial participation is based on a voluntary donation. (Suggestions for donation: 20 euros for small budgets, 30 euros for a standard participation and 40 euros to support me in this process).
REGISTRATION : possible up to 48 hours in advance and subject to the availability of the remaining places. Registration is limited to more than 18 years old. After registration, the practical details will be sent to you by mail a few days before the forest bath.
