À propos de l'événement
This activity is particularly well-suited for preventing burnout and for recovery after exhaustion or burnout. Shorter than a traditional forest bathing session, this one takes place mainly while sitting or lying down and incorporates specific stress-reduction exercises. The focus is on listening to your body and the benefits that nature can provide. This practice helps slow down the mind, disconnect from daily stress, and reconnect with what is alive within and around us.
