A one-day workshop to rediscover the joy within you!
Our anxiety-inducing environment and the many demands placed on us regularly cut us off from our source of joy. Yet that joy is within us. It has never even left us. We’ll alternate between personal development exercises, group sharing, and Shinrin Yoku forest bathing to help you reconnect with your true nature. A transformative experience to bring lasting joy back into your daily life.
During this workshop, we’ll focus on the following three areas: physical, emotional, and mental. We’ll share tools tailored to your needs and help you put them into practice.
Your guides:
Coralie and Valérie
Coralie is a filmmaker, stand-up comedian, and graduate of the Ecoute Ton Corps school. Passionate about coaching, she is dedicated to supporting people by helping them reach their full potential.
Valérie is a scientist and a Shinrin Yoku forest bathing guide; she is currently training at the Ecoute Ton Corps school. She is passionate about relaxation techniques and enjoys fostering connections between people and nature so that everyone can find their place in it.
What to bring:

Fee:
140 euros – a 70-euro deposit to be paid to Calendula ASBL BE33 5230 8119 5846 (Triodos) with “Joy + your name” in the memo line.
LAUNCH SPECIAL: 105 euros per person if you come as a pair!
The deposit confirms your registration. The full balance is due no later than the day before the workshop. If you cancel more than 48 hours before the workshop begins, only the deposit will be retained. For any cancellation less than 48 hours before the workshop begins, you will be billed for the full balance.
