24-hour IMMERSIVE WORKSHOP

Progressive sensory immersion experience led by two forest bathing guides: Donatienne de Borman and Valérie Dulière.

This adventure will include forest bathing activities, an evening Spanish inn, a forest night taming ritual, a night in the forest (on a mattress, in a hammock or in a tent) with the option of sleeping in a shelter. hard and heated, a breakfast and moments of sharing..
