This forest bath is inspired by the Japanese practice "Shinrin Yoku". It will offer you a break by escaping in a bubble of nature. This practice makes it possible to slow down the mind, to disconnect from daily stress, and to reconnect to oneself and to nature.
GUIDE : certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy
COST: 35 euros (standard price, 20 euros for small budgets) to be paid to Calendula ASBL BE33 5230 8119 5846 (Triodos) with in communication "SY - your name - date of the forest bath"
REGISTRATION : possible up to 48 hours in advance and subject to the availability of the remaining places. Registration is limited to people over 18 years old. After registration, the practical details will be sent to you by mail a few days before the forest bath.
