Shinrin Yoku (or forest bathing) is a Japanese practice that improves health and well-being.

FOR WHO ? Family with child between 5 and 14 years old

GUIDE : certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy

COST : 35 euros per adult (20 euros for small budgets) and 15 euros per child, to be paid on site or by bank transfer to Calendula ASBL BE33 5230 8119 5846 (Triodos) with in communication "SY - your name - date of the forest bath". If your family includes more than 2 children per adult present, please let me know by email (sharingyoku@gmail.com).

REGISTRATION : possible up to 48 hours in advance and depending on the availability of the remaining places.

After registration, the practical details will be sent to you by mail a few days before the forest bath.
