I welcome you to the Natura 2000 area of Hof ter Musschen in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert, for a forest bath inspired by the practice Japanese "Shinrin Yoku". It will allow you to take a break and escape into a small bubble of nature without really leaving Brussels.
GUIDE : certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy
COST: Financial participation is based on a voluntary donation. (Suggestions for donation: 20 euros for small budgets, 30 euros for a standard participation and 40 euros to support me in this process).
REGISTRATION : possible up to 48 hours in advance and subject to the availability of the remaining places. Registration is limited to more than 18 years old. After registration, the practical details will be sent to you by mail a few days before the forest bath.
