Inspired by the Japanese practice of “Shinrin Yoku”, forest bathing is a kind of immersive and meditative walk in the forest. It allows you to escape into a bubble of nature, to better reconnect with yourself, with others and with the nature that surrounds us. This approach allows you to slow down the mind, disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with what is essential. As with underwater diving, the guide will suggest that you go down in "stages", using the activities offered.

COST : 40 euros (standard price, 25 euros for small budgets) to be paid to Calendula ASBL BE33 5230 8119 5846 (Triodos) with the communication "your name - date of forest bathing"
REGISTRATION : possible up to 48 hours in advance and depending on the availability of remaining places. Registration is limited to those over 18 years old. After registration, practical details will be sent to you by email a few days before forest bathing.
