Progressive sensory immersion experience led by two forest bath guides: Donatienne de Borman and Valérie Dulière.

 

This adventure will include forest bathing activities, an evening Spanish inn, a forest night taming ritual, a night in the forest (in a hammock, tent or hut), breakfast and moments of sharing.

 

Venue :private wood in Ophain and room available in case of bad weather

 

Hourly: from Saturday March 18th at 1 p.m. to Sunday March 19th at 1 p.m.

 

Necessary material:

  • sleeping bag, mattress, clothing adapted to the weather conditions and possibly a hammock or tent
  • participation in a Spanish hostel in the evening (cold)

Financial participation: 110 euros – deposit of 55 euros to Calendula ASBL BE33 5230 8119 5846 (Triodos) with your name in communication

 

Your guides:

Valérie Dulière and Donatienne de Borman, both physicists by training, met while guiding at the Arboretum of Tervuren. Their passion for this practice and their desire to share the benefits of the forest with others unite them. They sow the seeds of peace. They co-guide and offer you this 24-hour immersion in the forest in a gentle, safe and friendly setting.

 

Donatienne is a grandmother, prison chaplain and forest bathing guide for 3 years. She likes to communicate what makes her vibrate, soothes her and revitalizes her. Witnessing the life in everyone brings her joy. www.calendulaplus.be (0479/981.089)
